Breath Basics: One month - $649

In the Breath Basics course, you will develop an intentional meditation practice that focuses on the mind, body and spirit connection. Through guided breathwork, reduce inflammation in the brain and body, and gain greater control of your day.

In this one month coaching course, you’ll learn the basic biomechanics of breathing, including how to breathe for stress relief and increased oxygen intake. Learn how your breath affects your inner physiology, mood, and sleep with individualized attention from a personal coach.

Breath Basics includes:

  • 4 x 60 minute personalized Zoom sessions with guided breathwork and meditation practice 

    • Week 1: Breathing Mechanics (How to properly physically breathe)

    • Week 2: Breathing and Our Nervous System (How our breathing can affect our stress levels)

    • Week 3: Incorporating intention (Infuse your breath with intention to increase awareness and presence)

    • Week 4: Put it all together (Learn how to incorporate these new techniques into your daily practice)

  • Follow up emails with Zoom recordings, suggested reading passages and videos

  • Ongoing Signal/WhatsApp chat for the month for any questions/support

Breath Boss: Three months (60 min 1x/week $2250, 60 min 2x/week $4250)

Breath Boss is for you if you’re looking to become the master of your nervous system. By incorporating breath and cold techniques, you will strengthen your stress response and gain more control of your nervous system. 

In addition to all of the content and practices in Breath Basics, you’ll receive customized support for your specific health needs - whether it be an autoimmune, a chronic inflammation issue, or training for an athletic event. Alongside developing a consistent and effective breathing practice, you’ll learn how to incorporate cold showers and ice baths to decrease inflammation, relieve stress, increase happy hormones, and tap into deeper states of flow, rest, and recovery.

Breath Boss includes:

  • 3 months of coaching, 1 hour/week or 2 hours/week for 12 weeks, personalized Zoom sessions with guided breathwork and meditation practice 

  • Follow up emails with Zoom recordings, suggested reading passages and videos

  • Ongoing Signal/WhatsApp chat for any questions/support
